Outreach Behavioral Health Clinician II - 10891

The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks an Outreach Behavioral Health Clinician II to work directly with street outreach workers to identify and engage individuals living on the streets and other places not meant for human habitation who are in need of behavioral health care. The candidate will provide assessments and related diagnoses, consultation, education, brief therapeutic interventions, and referral/linkage for individuals with behavioral health issues.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling or similar field
• Licensed as a LCSW or LPC preferred, with a CAC II or higher strongly preferred
• Experience interacting with patients in integrated health care, mental health care, or substance use treatment settings preferred
