Grants Manager

Colorado Health Network (CHN) is seeking a Grants Manager to manage all aspects of the grants program, including preparing grant applications, managing deadlines, and coordinating with finance and executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in grants management in healthcare or related human services fields, and excellent written communication skills.

Requirements

• At least four years of progressively responsible grants management experience in healthcare or other related human services fields
• At least two years of experience managing State of Colorado and/or federal grants
• Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated ability to write clear, compelling grant narratives and technical reports
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines in a complex, multi-funder environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with grants management or accounting software
• Willingness and ability to work with diverse populations
