Job Description
The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for recording data, operating equipment, and maintaining quality and efficiencies in the grain elevators. The role requires accurate weighing, sampling, and recording of grain, as well as operating production equipment and maintaining equipment and working areas. The Warehouse Operator will work with the team to achieve operational goals while ensuring safety policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (not required)
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Basic knowledge of working with a computer and mechanical skills
- Good work ethic and efficient work habits
- Physical ability to move freely throughout the operations plant
