Youth Leader / Camp Counselor

Columbine Country Club is seeking enthusiastic Youth Leaders and Summer Day Camp Counselors to provide engaging programs for children ages 4-18. Candidates should be reliable, friendly, and committed to fostering positive growth and success for children, families, and the club. The role involves planning, implementing, and supervising youth activities, school projects, and field trips. Participants should be able to prioritize safety and manage children effectively.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma, college degree or college studies preferred.
• CPR/Red Cross/AED Current Certification preferred.
• Youth Leaders must possess the capacity to determine individual needs and physical capabilities of children.
• Computer literate and proficient.
• Exhibit self-motivation skills.
• Ability to operate in a busy environment.
• Ability to think critically and problem solve.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
