Hotel Front Desk Agent responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing prompt and courteous service, and closing out guest accounts. Must have some experience in a related field, high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to communicate in English.

• Some experience in a related field preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to communicate in English
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
• Can communicate well with guests
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers
• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
• Ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations
