Job Description
CommerceIQ is looking for a Director of Engineering - AI to head the incubation of its next generation of AI-driven SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a Data Science / Machine Learning background, hands-on experience training AI/ML models, and a strong track record of launching AI models and agents into production environments at scale.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in backend software engineering
- 2+ years of leading AI/ML teams
- Hands-on experience training AI/ML models
- Proven experience building and deploying agentic applications
- Advanced expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning
