The General Manager leads the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of a large/iconic/complex asset or collection of assets, typically with PM or SPM direct reports in the Clayton area.
Requirements
- Foster positive relationship with client, tenants and vendors
- Direct, review, and approve vendor invoice payments and other accounting related activities
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects
- Maintain oversight of contracted terms that impact the financial performance of the asset/company
- Proactively collect rent and other charges in accordance with lease terms
- Ensure that at least monthly property inspections are performed
- Coordinate and lead daily and long-term activities of the team
- Act as primary contact with property owners
- Perform other duties as assigned
