
Job description
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative leadership and support to our Vice President. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discreet judgment, superior communication, and advanced tech proficiency.
You will expertly manage daily operations, acting as a primary point of contact, representing the executive, and independently handling routine matters. Key responsibilities include executive support, communication & information management, operational & project coordination, and strategic & compliance support.
This role requires a minimum of four (4) years of experience in executive support and project management. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience is also required.
