Job description
As an Operating Engineer at CHI St. Vincent, you will be responsible for maintaining, operating, and repairing critical mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a healthcare facility. You will ensure a safe and comfortable environment for medical staff and patients.
You will respond to equipment breakdowns, emergencies, and alarms, and work with other crafts to complete tasks on schedule. You will also learn to operate new equipment and maintain financial files.
To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience as an Operating Engineer in a healthcare setting or similar environment. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the well-being of patients and staff.
