Job description
As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining critical IT infrastructure, ensuring robust performance, security, and scalability for our enterprise systems. You will work closely with network, database, and application teams to integrate new solutions, optimize existing systems, and ensure strict adherence to industry best practices, security protocols, and compliance standards.
You will configure, deploy, and troubleshoot servers, operating systems, virtualization platforms, and cloud infrastructure components, manage system health, and mitigate potential issues. You will also manage tickets submitted by end users for resolution, participate in On-Call rotation for production support issues, and write and maintain documentation on installed systems and infrastructure components.
To be successful, you must possess a combination of technical, business, and leadership skills, including excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others. You will work in a large complex server and network environment, and have experience with project management methodologies and tools.
