Assistant Manager

The Assistant Store Manager provides oversight to support daily operations, drive retail profitability, and ensure a positive experience for employees, customers, and donors.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or bachelor’s degree related to business management preferred
• Minimum of one-year experience in a supervisory role within a comparable production, retail, or service-oriented business preferred
• Ability to properly handle and maintain confidential information
• Flexibility with scheduling and availability to work evenings and weekends on a regular basis
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S without sponsorship
