Job Description
The CARE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST is responsible for ensuring the safety of employees, residents, and visitors by overseeing residential care, drug testing, treatment programs, and facility operations. They must maintain a safe and secure environment and adhere to all facility rules and policies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year experience working cooperatively with others in a human service setting.
- Some training or experience in substance-related disorders preferred.
- CDCA preferred.
