Job Description
This position provides clinical recovery services to individuals struggling with substance abuse/mental health issues. The role involves lead clients through the treatment cycle, conducting individual and group counseling, and facilitating discharge planning. The team fosters a supportive culture and utilizes evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a human services or related discipline.
- Two or more years of professional experience in counseling or social work settings.
- LSW or LPC with Chemical Dependency focus.
- LCDC certification (or be registered with the Ohio Credentialing Board as a candidate for CDC certification).
- Experience in treatment management
