Job Description
Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a full-time Community Support Specialist to join their Adult Services Team. The ideal candidate will provide community-based support to adults with mental health conditions and other co-occurring disorders.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Basic education/knowledge on mental health conditions
- Valid driver's license and automobile with liability insurance
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
- Strong collaborating skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
