Job Description
The Physician is responsible for providing preventive, diagnostic, treatment, patient education and referral care to patients in a Community Health Center setting. This role involves managing acute and chronic illnesses, coordinating care plans, making referrals, and providing clinical consultation. The position also involves ensuring accurate medical record documentation and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Full licensure to practice medicine in Kansas or Oklahoma
- Graduation from an accredited school of medicine
- Board Certification in appropriate specialty
- Strong community/public health orientation preferred
- Commitment to serving the underserved
