Registered Nurse

Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas (CHC/SEK) is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-office nursing care, including in-clinic patient triage, immunization administration and monitoring, and assisting with procedures. The RN/LPN will ensure continuity of care, manage medications, and oversee new/establishing patient intake and discharge.

Requirements

• Patient Rooming, including health history taking and vitals.
• Administering and supervising immunization and medication reviews.
• Patient Discharge (summary visit and discharge planning).
• Triage and clinical management of patients in the clinic.
• Contribute to daily huddles for communication.
• Maintain medication inventory and supplies.
• Perform emergency medical procedures.
