Clinical Home Assessment Contractor needed to provide home-based health assessment services for Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug members. Flexible, part-time contract position with control over schedule and competitive rate of $300-$400/visit.

Requirements

• Licensed in California as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Doctor of Medicine.
• Professional liability insurance (malpractice) and other insurance as required.
• Ability to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulatory requirements.
