Job Description
Community Integrated Services is seeking an Employment Coach to provide quality support for individuals with disabilities at their community-based job. The Employment Coach will help participants become as independent as possible by creating and promoting strong work systems.
Requirements
- Review participant files before shifts
- Provide travel training as needed
- Maintain detailed records of on-site performance
- Obtain and report participant schedules
- Follow schedules and alert others of changes
- Respond to CIS emails and text messages
- Participate in meetings
- Train other coaches
- Report incidents or employer concerns
- Attend and complete assigned training
