Job Description
Community Integrated Services, the region's leading supported employment provider, seeks a Job Coach to provide quality support for individuals with disabilities at their community-based job. The Job Coach will help create and promote strong work systems to enable participants to become as independent as possible.
Requirements
- Review participant files before shifts
- Provide travel training as needed
- Maintain daily case notes
- Report schedules and appointments to scheduling team
- Respond to CIS emails and text messages in a timely manner
