Vocational Case Manager (Warren County)

Vocational Case Manager supporting participants in finding and maintaining meaningful employment in the community, building relationships with local employers and providing coaching and support to ensure long-term success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's in a related field preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass background, registry, and driving record checks

Benefits

• PT 15-20 hrs/week
• Pay Rate: $23.25 per hour
