Job Description
Vocational Case Manager supporting participants in finding and maintaining meaningful employment in the community, building relationships with local employers and providing coaching and support to ensure long-term success.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's in a related field preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background, registry, and driving record checks
Benefits

- Pay Rate: $23.25 per hour
