Registered Behavior Technician

Positive Options is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician in Chattanooga, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing individualized behavior interventions in multiple settings. Positive Options provides all required training needed to become an RBT for those new to the field.

Requirements

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based practices
• Model and implement behavior support strategies specified in the behavior support plan
• Provide family and caregiver training under the direction of supervising clinicians
• Collect data and complete session notes using ABA software
• Work cooperatively with supervising BCBAs and treatment team members
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and treatment team to guide and improve treatment planning
• Attend staff trainings, group supervision, and individual supervision meetings
• Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned.
