Job Description
Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Case Manager to join our team at our new Adult Multi-Dimensional Anti-Recidivism Partnership (MAP) in San Bernardino, CA. The Case Manager will conduct client orientation, collect intake data, and develop and document program plan goals with clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a social science field
- One year experience in case management or similar field
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
