Residential Re-Entry Specialist (1st)

Community Solutions is seeking a Residential Re-Entry Specialist to join their team at Aileen O'Connor House in Hartford, CT. The role involves providing client supervision, facilitating counseling, advocacy, and support to help clients achieve successful community re-entry. The program administers assessments, monitors clients' compliance with service plan goals, and involves clients in services that address their criminogenic tendencies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma plus 4 years of experience in the social service or criminal justice field preferred
• Able to arrive 15 minutes before shift for shift change
• Valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail
