Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (Bachelor's Degree considered with experience)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload while adhering to program requirements and deadlines
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate comprehensive treatment plans
• Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed practice
