ComMutiny – The Youth Collective, incubated by Pravah in 2008, is a national network of over 120 youth‑engagement organizations that accelerates young people’s agency through collaborative public initiatives, programming, and award‑winning media resources, with a strong emphasis on inclusion and democratic participation. The collective operates a National Forum and state‑level collectives across seven Indian states, and launched vartaLeap in 2019, a cross‑sector coalition of 148 civil‑society, government, media, educational, and UN representatives that mainstream youth‑centric narratives across all spheres. ComMutiny’s core services span youth‑centric development, social entrepreneurship, facilitation, systems and design thinking, organisational development, and advocacy on climate change, wellbeing, active citizenship, gender, masculinities, and intergenerational change. What sets ComMutiny apart is its unique blend of grassroots collaboration, evidence‑based programming, and a visionary mission to transform every youth into a ‘Jagrik’—an awakened, active citizen who both enables and embodies change.
