Role Overview

Provide support for the engineering function in a learning capacity, assisting with manufacturing operations, design engineering, and Lean principles.

Identify equipment needs, lead implementation, promote safety, and support continuous improvement through Lean journey.

Requirements

• Provide direct support for manufacturing operations
• Support design engineering requirements in safety, quality, service, and productivity
• Identify equipment needs and/or process specifications
• Lead the implementation of requirements into production environment
• Promote safety into all manufacturing and operations processes
• Act as a technical liaison between operations and design engineering
• Support the culture of continuous improvement through Lean journey
