As a sales internal service employee, you will be the central point of contact between customers and our internal sales team, providing technical support, handling order processing, and accompanying ongoing customer projects.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably in the commercial sector
• Initial experience in the sales internal service or in a comparable position is an advantage
• Well-developed communication skills and high customer orientation
• Independent, structured work style as well as team ability
• Strategic thinking and motivation to actively move something
• Technical understanding and interest in the ITK industry
• Secure handling of Microsoft Office and common digital tools
