Job Description
Compass Health Center is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead its Trauma Program in Oak Brook, Illinois, which treats individuals with mental health issues throughout their lifespan. The role involves developing treatment plans, leading a team, and ensuring quality patient care, with a focus on integrated care and community outreach. The position involves training in Chicago/Northbrook before the Oak Brook facility opens.
Requirements
- Develop and implement program material and curriculum
- Schedule, conduct, and write intakes for new patients
