Role Overview

Work as a Case Aide for Compass Connections, a company that does good for others around the world. The role involves meeting federal and state regulatory guidelines, entering information in Salesforce and UC Portal, and reviewing records for compliance.

What You Will Do

Enter information in Salesforce and UC Portal, review records for compliance, participate in meetings and team decisions, and compile and maintain accurate records.

This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1+ year of related experience. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with others, provide crisis intervention, and maintain emotional control in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of related experience
• First aid, CPR, and Emergency behavior intervention certifications
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment
• Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request
• Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks
