
Job description
Work as a Direct Care Worker in a social service setting, providing direct supervision and care to children and adolescents. The role involves meeting regulatory guidelines, documenting incidents, and assisting with orientation and treatment plans.
Provide daily care and supervision to children, teach life skills, and maintain a secure campus environment. Assist with homework, laundry, and household chores, and model culturally and socially desired behaviors.
This role requires a high school diploma, fluency in Spanish and English, and 1 year of experience in the child welfare field. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively, respond sensitively to diverse populations, and maintain emotional control in a fast-paced environment.
