
Job description
Work as a Direct Care Worker in a social service setting, providing direct supervision and care to children and adolescents. The role involves meeting regulatory guidelines, documenting incidents and progress, and assisting with treatment plans. The work schedule is 2nd or 3rd shift, and the position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preferred associate degree or related experience.
Provide direct supervision and care to children and adolescents, assist with orientation and treatment plans, and maintain a secure campus environment. The role also involves teaching life skills, maintaining records, and promoting positive interaction between children.
This role requires a strong ability to work with children and families, and to maintain confidentiality and professional standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in the child welfare field and be fluent in Spanish and English.
