Job Description
Complete Farmer is seeking an IT Support Officer to ensure its technology infrastructure runs reliably and securely, supporting employees across offices, fulfillment centers, and remote teams.
Requirements
- Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related requests and incidents
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
- Develop and implement a comprehensive working-tools policy
- Manage and monitor internet services
- Coordinate and administer telecom packages
- Support onboarding and manage company-wide applications
- Monitor and maintain networks, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity
- Perform routine system updates and preventive maintenance
- Assist with data backup processes and ensure adherence to IT security protocols
- Document support requests, solutions, and procedures
- Provide basic training to employees on IT tools and security awareness
- Track company hardware and software licenses
