Job description
Composio is building infrastructure that allows agents to communicate with tools like Github, Gmail, and Notion. The Founding Talent Architect will own sourcing, technical screens, and building a recruiting playbook.
Own sourcing across various platforms, run technical screens, build a recruiting playbook, and partner with engineering and GTM leads to turn vague hiring needs into target profiles.
The ideal candidate has experience in technical recruiting, can read code, and has built a recruiting process from scratch. They should be comfortable with AI, writing scripts, and building trust with candidates.
