English Speaking Services Sourcing Executive

The Services Sourcing Executive will be a single point of contact for end user customers and Sales, responsible for the qualification, delivery, and technical vetting of international solutions. The role involves multi-tasking, prioritizing workload, and taking ownership of queries/problems to resolution.

Requirements

• Qualification of all new inbound and outbound international opportunities
• Assist with margin, capability, and pricing research in multiple countries
• Ensure multi-country quotations are processed within specific requested timelines and requirements
• Ensure quotes are technically vetted as required
• Ensure product and service orders are processed within customer specific SLA in each country
• Produce tracking reports as required by customers and for internal governance
• Take ownership of the resolution of Partner purchase order and invoice queries
• Regular contact with Internal service provider to control cost and revenue
