Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting Management/Marketing)
• Strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes
• Hands-on experience in system configuration, reporting, and support
• Proven ability to consult with business stakeholders on system design and enhancements
• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
