Senior Business Analyst

This is a Senior Business Analyst position at Computershare Business Support Services, responsible for assessing business requirements and translating them into business user stories. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, technology acumen, and experience with agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree (Bsc/Btech/BE/Msc/Mtech)
• 5+ years in operational, technical, business product management or equivalent experience
• 1 year of experience with agile (SaFE) product development methodology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus in a reciprocal way
• Proven technology acumen and a desire to learn
• Knowledge of Agile tools such as ADO (Azure Devops), Confluence
• Knowledge of Agile SCRUM and Kanban
