District Manager

As a District Manager (Affordable) with CONAM, you will oversee many properties in a portfolio, make decisions to achieve overall objectives, hire, train, and lead a team, and manage financial budgeting and marketing efforts. You will be a part of our company’s growth, and will be responsible for daily operations and management of a multi-family residential community.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a regional and/or multi-site manager in residential property management with supervisory/management experience
• Experience with affordable properties, Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC), Section 8, and Senior properties is required
• Experience in developing property budgets, as well as dealing with complex operational matters daily
