CONAM Management is seeking a Business Application Technician - Yardi Affordable Experience to provide technical support for our affordable property management software. The ideal candidate will have experience with Yardi affordable property management, knowledge of affordable housing programs, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time position with a competitive pay range of $33.00-$36.00 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required, college education or equivalent certification path preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Yardi affordable property management in a support position
- Knowledge of affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, HOME) required
- HCCP/COS certification or equivalent a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel spreadsheet generation and management
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced support environment, keeping track of multiple simultaneous priorities
- Effectively communicate (written and verbally) with individuals at all organizational levels
- Ability to gather, interpret information effectively and conduct research into a wide range of subjects as required
- Strong organization skills including prioritization of tasks and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
- Function well in a team as well as a setting with limited supervision
- Robust problem-solving and logical analysis skills, as well as effective troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Strong interpersonal skills-including verbal, written communication skills and excellent listening skills
