We are looking for a responsible key position in the operational heart of the site for a strong leadership personality who can implement ideas. The job involves comprehensive operational and strategic management of two production units, process and production excellence, interface management, modern leadership culture, and quality and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Several years of fundamental leadership experience in a comparable works, production, or site leadership function within the FMCG or food industry
• In-depth understanding of the operational reality of a modern production, including profound knowledge of controlling and utilization of complex production lines
• Outgoing leadership qualities, empathy, and communication strength to integrate, motivate, and sustainably develop teams
• Proficient handling of modern production methods (Lean Management, CIP) as well as a well-developed business economic awareness of key figures and budget
