People Solutions Generalist - Hybrid

People Solutions Generalist role in Barcelona, supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and providing HR consulting on performance management, employee relations, compensation, and talent development.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role
• University degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field is preferred
• Working knowledge of labor relations and local employment legislation
• Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure; proficient in Microsoft Office tools
