We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead projects from design to deployment. Responsibilities include meeting with clients, configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform, and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

Meet with clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment.
Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and set up a development environment.
Communicate development progress to senior management and client technical teams.
Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance.
