We're looking for a principal-level Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience in cloud technologies and IT consulting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in evaluating and implementing performance enhancements within D365 CE, as well as knowledge of customer-driven configuration and customization.
Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in cloud technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, system architecture
- Expert knowledge in Dynamics 365 CE apps, such as Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, and Field Service
- Strong proficiency in developing, optimizing, and maintaining solutions and architecture of D365 CE apps and model-driven apps
- Experience with Azure Application Insights and designing Kusto queries
- Basic understanding of network performance indicators and ability to read network traces
- Advanced knowledge of D365 CE enterprise level architecture and connecting with external systems
- Familiarity with integrating data from Dataverse and other sources
- Experience with Power Automate solutions and developing internal logic processing and connections to Dataverse and other services
- Ability to engage with key technical stakeholders and business decision makers
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong commitment to staying updated on modern engineering practices and tools
