Senior ML / AI Engineer

Role Overview

As a Senior AI / ML Engineer, you will help build the core AI systems powering the Confido platform—from LLM-powered document understanding to predictive models that help brands make better decisions. You’ll work closely with engineering and product to bring AI capabilities from research to production.

What You Will Do

Own the AI/ML lifecycle: research → prototyping → production deployment → monitoring. Build systems that extract structured data from complex financial documents, develop agentic workflows, build predictive models, detect anomalies, and develop recommendation systems.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Required strengths include 2+ years of applied AI / ML experience, 6+ years of production-level software engineering experience, and experience building and deploying production ML systems. Nice to have experience fine-tuning LLMs, building agentic workflows, or working in fast-moving environments.
