Equipment Technician Lead

Role Overview

Join our talented team as an Equipment Technician Lead in El Coyol de Alajuela, Costa Rica. You will work under little to no supervision, following detailed instructions to manage manufacturing equipment and lead a team of technicians. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment, performing repairs, testing, and calibration, and managing a team to ensure efficient production of high-quality parts.

What You Will Do

Coordinate and support technical activities related to equipment maintenance, perform repairs, testing, maintenance, fabrication, inspection, calibration of components, instruments, test apparatus, and associated specific discipline equipment. Manage a team of technicians, oversee job responsibilities, resolve minor conflicts, and train/coach less experienced technicians.

Requirements

• Ability to use test and measurement equipment associated with specific discipline
• Basic ability to read and understand technical documentation associated with specific discipline
• Ability to learn regulatory (GMP) requirements
• Ability to learn to use PC's and associated software
