Job Description
The Lifting Engineer will develop a lifting plan for brownfield activities, get approval from the client's lifting authority, and report to the Offshore Method Lead. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, minimum 10 years of experience in method engineering, and certification with LEEA level 1.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum 10 years experience in method engineering and project coordination with offshore background
- Certified with minimum LEEA level 1
- Experience with offshore (mandatory) and onshore operations
- Strong skills in technical problem-solving and decision-making
- Experience in drafting and verifying technical specifications and methodologies
- Good communication skills for working with clients and project teams
- Organizational skills to manage and document engineering tasks effectively
- Has Knowledge of offshore lifting, from the vessel or from fixed facilities
- Understand international codes and standards related to lifting operation
- Understand brownfield lifting requirements
- Understand lifting equipment and tool
