Associate Vice President of Advising and Transfer Enrollment Operations

The Associate Vice President of Advising and Transfer Enrollment Operations plays a critical role in collaborating with CT State leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, integrated programs and services that meet the diverse needs of all students. This position works closely with the Vice President of Enrollment Management to identify best practices, guide ongoing professional development and training, manage advising technology platforms, and develop responsive programs and procedures to address emerging transfer needs within CT State.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in education, counseling, student development, social work, enrollment management, or related field
• Seven years of higher education experience in advising, counseling, or related area
• Four years of supervision experience in higher education, preferably academic advising
• Experience supervising and evaluating professional staff
• Experience developing and managing advising programs and services
• Experience leading cross-departmental projects/initiatives and conducting both qualitative and quantitative research
• Experience with data-driven decision making and strategic planning
