ConnectWise is a leading software company looking for a Software Test Engineer II to create and maintain automated tests, work with Engineering teams, and provide input on functional requirements and product designs.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Experience with Git version control
- Hands-on experience integrating, executing and troubleshooting automated test suites within pipelines
- Practical experience interacting with, configuring, or managing virtualized environments
- Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Working knowledge of IP networking concepts
- Ability to work independently on projects and processes with close supervision
- Broad theoretical knowledge of applicable work area
- Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirement
- Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies
- Proven ability to develop using object-oriented programming language in automation frameworks
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of basic builds and deployments
- Ability to update base level classes without causing issues
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to meet reasonable deadlines
- Strong team player with the ability to build positive and collaborative relationships
