Assistant Branch Manager

Connex Credit Union is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to provide outstanding service to members, identify solutions for their financial needs, and drive branch growth and profitability. The role requires coaching and developing sales and service skills in team members, analyzing results, and making adjustments to meet goals. The Assistant Branch Manager will also be responsible for general branch operations, including security procedures, marketing, and customer service.

Requirements

• Leadership and Coaching personnel

• Lending
• Quality control of loan check disbursements
• Pre-qualifies prospective mortgage and home equity candidates and co-ordinates 1st mortgage interviews with mortgage originator
• Analysis of member problems and finding beneficial solutions
• Windows, Microsoft Word & Excel skills
