The Quality Manager will collaborate with project teams to support and be a technical and field resource. They will review and finalize site-specific quality management plans, facilitate lessons learned process, and provide training on quality initiatives and software utilization.
Requirements
- Serves multiple projects with varying degrees of support
- Reviews and finalizes site-specific quality management plans
- Facilitates lessons learned process
- Provides training on quality initiatives and software utilization
- Reviews project documents and specifications
- Conducts field walks and reviews on-going work
- Participates in constructability review process
- Works with project teams to develop tracking and documentation of mock-ups and initial installations
- Tracks and supports teams in the development of Quality Pre-Operational Meetings
- Assists with the review and verification of incoming materials
- Supports both the documentation and field efforts to resolve outstanding issues
- Participates in the development of scope-specific templates and quality plans
- Acts as a subject matter expert in their area of specialty
