Job Description
Lawyers on Demand is seeking an experienced Financial Services Attorney to join its legal team on a long-term, fully remote engagement for a large financial institution. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant legal experience in financial services litigation or arbitration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience in financial services litigation or arbitration
- Demonstrated experience handling securities broker-dealer litigation and arbitration matters in a law firm and/or in-house setting
- Prior experience with an AmLaw 100 law firm and/or a corporate legal department
- Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
