Financial Services Litigation Attorney

Lawyers on Demand is seeking an experienced Financial Services Attorney to join its legal team on a long-term, fully remote engagement. The attorney will handle securities broker-dealer litigation and arbitration matters, support litigation strategy, and provide practical legal guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience in financial services litigation or arbitration
• Experience handling securities broker-dealer litigation and arbitration matters in a law firm and/or in-house setting
• Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with strong research and drafting capabilities
• Outstanding academic credentials and a proven professional track record

Benefits
